A: Chomp-Champ™ is made from medical-grade silicone and manufactured to meet high safety standards for sensory products. The product has also undergone EMC and Proposition 65 testing to help support safety for a wide range of users. As with all sensory tools, appropriate use and supervision are recommended.

Wearing and using Chomp-Champ™

Q: How is Chomp-Champ™ safe to wear around the neck?
A: Chomp-Champ™ is designed to be worn with a breakaway necklace, which is intended to release if it is pulled on or becomes caught, helping reduce the risk of injury during everyday use. For added flexibility, the chewy does not have to be used with the breakaway lanyard and can be used off-neck depending on user preference, age, and supervision needs. As with all sensory tools, adult discretion and appropriate supervision are recommended.

Q: How do you turn on the vibration?
A: Chomp-Champ™ is bite-activated, meaning vibration turns on when the user bites the chewy. The vibration intensity responds to bite pressure: light pressure produces a gentle vibration, and increased pressure results in stronger vibration, creating a smooth, responsive gradient so the user stays in control of their sensory input.

Charging, battery, and safety

Q: How long does Chomp-Champ™ run on one charge?
A: Product testing is still ongoing, but early use and internal trials are encouraging. At this time, Chomp-Champ™ is expected to provide consistent use for 8+ hours on a full charge, depending on usage patterns, and final specifications will be shared as testing is completed.

Q: How do I know when Chomp-Champ™ is fully charged?
A: Chomp-Champ™ uses a simple indicator light on the charger to show charging status. While charging, the light will blink blue and red, and once fully charged, the light will stay solid blue.

Q: Are there any battery safety guidelines?
A: EverSafe products may contain lithium-ion batteries, which can pose a fire, explosion, or burn hazard if misused, mishandled, or damaged. Users should follow all safety guidance, including using only the charger provided or approved by EverSafe, avoiding exposure to fire or extreme temperatures, not charging unattended or overnight, discontinuing use if the product appears damaged, and disposing of the product through appropriate e‑waste channels rather than household trash.​

Q: How do I clean Chomp-Champ™?
A: Chomp-Champ™ is designed with fully enclosed electronics, allowing it to be safely submerged in water for cleaning. Warm or hot water and soap may be used for routine cleaning.

Q: Can Chomp-Champ™ be sanitized for shared or clinical use?
A: Additional sanitization and sterilization methods are currently being evaluated. While testing is ongoing, EverSafe expects to offer at least one effective sterilization option, supporting suitability for clinical or professional settings where tools may be shared across clients, in accordance with applicable hygiene and infection-control policies.

 

Colors, orders, shipping, and returns

Q: What colors will Chomp-Champ™ be available in?
A: At launch, Chomp-Champ™ will be available in True Blue. Starting with a single color helps keep production streamlined and costs lower for families as the product line grows, and expanding color options is a high priority for future releases.

Q: When will the first orders ship?
A: Manufacturing an innovative product takes time and care, and EverSafe cannot provide an exact ship date yet. Chomp-Champ™ will ship before the end of 2026, and EverSafe is optimistic it will be sometime in the Fall of 2026; pre‑ordering helps move production forward and ensures you are first in line when orders begin shipping.

Q: Where do you ship, and when is my order complete?
A: Products ordered through the EverSafe website are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout, and title and risk of loss pass to you when the product is transferred to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed, and EverSafe is not liable for carrier delays.​

Q: Can I return or exchange my Chomp-Champ™?
A: Due to the nature of EverSafe products and for health and hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for items that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery; custom items are also non‑returnable. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returnable under EverSafe’s return policy, and customers are responsible for shipping and handling on returns, with refunds typically processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.​

Q: Is there a warranty on Chomp-Champ™?
A: EverSafe provides a limited warranty for its products, with details set out in the Limited Warranty Terms referenced in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. In general, EverSafe’s responsibility for a defective product is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described in the warranty, and the warranty applies only to the original purchaser.​
